More drawings of my OC Nikolai- In his Vigilante outfit. He has abilities to manipulate metals and run electricity through anything that is susceptible. He has super speed along with these abilities as he can use his electricity to send faster jolts throughout his body (overextended use can cause severe heart issues though, so he has to be careful)
